Back again

Haven't been here for a while as I was back in the hospital and ended up having a cardiac cath. They found I had an 80% blockage and had two stents put in my heart.

I am still having the dizzy spells and cannot drive, so my son has moved in with me to help me.

My daughter and her family have moved to Seattle, WA due to her husbands job. I miss them so much as they have only lived a short distance from me all their married lives.  So that will get some getting used to.

A SAD NOTE: 


I lost my little Kaley on April 24th.   She was the sweetest little Whippet in the world. We miss her so much.
Kaley, you will always be in my heart.

Home from Hospital

I was in the hospital last week. In the CCU Monitoring Unit.

They discovered after many tests that I have Cardiac Ischemia. It is kinda scary.

Hopefully it can be taken care of with meds or surgery.

Another new project

My New Projects

These are some of the projects I have been working on. Desk organizers,pen or pencil holders, actually they can hold just about anything. The insides are just cans that have been sterilized in the dishwasher. Mostly dog food or soup cans. I even keep my insulin syringes in one at my bedside , also have one with all my crochet hooks and sissors in it. It is always handy.

The other is a cell phone cozy that I made and even made the crochet button when I couldn't find a button I liked.

Today is fifteen years since my husband passed away. I found this poem and thought it was beautiful.
